Our dim sum is handmade at The Crazy Bear Clubhouse.
Charmingly translating in Chinese to “touch the heart”, dim sum originates from ancient Chinese travellers breaking up their journey along The Silk Road. The petite size of dim sum allows people to order a variety of dishes, creating a bespoke banquet of different textures and flavours.
