Guy, from the very bottom of our hearts thank you to you and your team for the very best day. I had the BEST day ever and much of that was due to how seamless everything went. Hi Guy & Crazy Bear Team, My new husband and I would love to share some feedback from our Wedding. After having the venue booked for more than 2 years and with COVID and its restrictions playing a part we had to postpone our wedding for a full year! With all the restrictions we couldn’t come and sample the wedding menu or have a walk through of what we could have expected on the day. Our day eventually arrived and it was absolutely amazing. Amy was an absolute dream and nothing was too much trouble. On the day she made me feel at ease and that we were in good hands and this was the way all through the day. The service from the rest of the team was fantastic, they were very attentive and always available for our guests. The food we had picked was incredible and not a single fault from the canapés, wedding breakfast & evening buffet. EVERYTHING was hot, delicious and well presented. The best beef Wellington ever! I think nearly all of our guests commented on how stunning the grounds were , how good the venue was, how friendly the staff were and it was the best wedding they had ever been too. THANK YOU SO MUCH❤️The venue really did look absolutely stunning! After all this time and the pandemic it really was the most incredible day and we can’t thank you enough. Hello Guy, Sorry for the very late email, we’ve been honeymooning. I would just like to take the time to thank you and Amy for everything you did to make our wedding day so fantastic. The food, drinks, decor, buildings, gardens… everything was truly beautiful. Everyone has commented on how beautiful the venue was and is. All staff members went out of their way to make sure the day was perfect and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We will be forever grateful to the Crazy Bear! Thank you again! As much as having to change our wedding date 4 times due to covid was very stressful, I am honestly so glad it happened because your venue was a dream come true. Hi Guy, I just wanted to say a massive thank you from Nick and I to you, Amy, Tom, Leia, Flori and the whole team. You gave us the wedding of our dreams and The Crazy Bear will definitely always be our special place. Thank you for being so patient with all of my questions and especially with being so understanding about us having to postpone last year – I can’t tell you how much stress you alleviated by being so understanding, I know many other couples who unfortunately weren’t so lucky with their venues. Hi Guy and Flori – Gary and I just wanted to extend our thanks to you and the whole CB team for what was an amazing day on Friday. All of our guests commented on how fabulous everything was, from the decor to the food to the ambiance. In particular, there was one extremely helpful and friendly server – we can’t remember her name right now as it was such a manic day but she had long brown hair. She helped one of Gary’s uncles who is diabetic with a little food and drink as he was feeling unwell, and was just generally extremely solicitous. Also Lucy both on the day and the next morning, who was very kind and helpful as we were stuck there due to the accident. She also hid Arthur’s shoes and brought them to us the next morning! Hi Guy, I hope you’re well and having a lovely week. We just wanted to get In touch and say thank you so so much for all of your help and support in making our wedding day amazing! Thank you for helping with the endless updates and changes and to absolutely everyone that helped on the Wednesday and Thursday – everyone was amazing. The whole stay, along with the wedding was just magical and we didn’t want to leave! So many people have complimented the venue and the amazing food. Dear Guy, We just wanted to say another huge thank you to you and your team. You were fantastically on top of everything and so accommodating with all aspects of our party from start to finish (especially closer to the finish!) that without you I know we would have stressed too much and not enjoyed our evening. “Dearest Guy and everyone at The Crazy Bear, WOW! What can I say about our wedding day, for once I’m speechless and that’s a mean feat! You made the whole day truly spectacular, from the canapes to the scrumptious 3 course meal; from the fantasic Crazy Bear umbrellas, to the wonderfully decorated glasshouse – all were fantastic. Whilst the rain kept pouring, so did the wine, there was not an empty glass to be seen. The Thai dishes were constantly replenished and the service was impeccable.
